What is crystal
What is crystal
First of all, I would like to explain that the term "crystal" that Philip Permutt says and uses in his blog is not limited to a scientific definition, but includes the entire mineral world, stone people - crystals, minerals, rocks, stones and gemstones, as well as mineralized shells, animal fossils and fossilized plants.
The look and feel of crystal is very attractive to me. They are fun to use and have no adverse side effects. Sometimes they make me feel uncomfortable while helping me release unwanted emotions, but they are generally beneficial.
Most of the crystals I studied formed on the surface of the Earth, a few formed in the vacuum of space, and a few were man-made. Minerals are naturally occurring homogeneous solids, formed by inorganic processes and present in rocks. When rocks melt, mineral particles converge and crystallize as they cool. Minerals can also dissolve in water and crystallize when cooled or evaporated, forming the basis of crystals, rocks, and gemstones.
The crystal shape and color correspond exactly to its atomic arrangement, but these characteristics can vary, especially color. Each mineral has a different hardness, which is one of the important characteristics to identify crystals.
Crystal energy
People talk about crystal energy, but what exactly is it? How does the crystal affect and interact with your energy and ultimately bring healing? Well, the first thing to look at is where and how we feel the energy when we use crystals.
You may have noticed that I like the phrase "we work with crystals"; Teacher Philip Permutt has repeated this phrase in every one of her books. Taken literally, this sentence begins to explain how crystals work. It's a partnership. It's an exchange of energy; They give and take, we absorb and release. It happens throughout our lives, but the main energy path is through our chakras, specifically the seven main chakras - your energy hot spots.
